Outlook (prognosis)
If treatment goes on well, outcome would be productive. This can take few weeks for skin to
come back to normal. Here peeling
is common.
Complications that are possible
Bacteria can travel to blood in few situations. This will result in a condition known as
bacteremia. Infection can spread to bones, joints, and heart valves as well.
