Hospitalization for intravenous antibiotics and close monitoring is suggested in severe

situations as well as for elderly patients, infants, and patients who’ll be immune-

compromised. This is also suggested for patients who

unlikely are completing their treatment

as result of economic or psychosocial reasons or due to significant underlying diseases.
